• Make high-level decisions about resource allocation and product portfolio management
• Champion market intelligence through customer needs analysis, competitive research, and market trends
• Lead and mentor the product organization, overseeing product management, design, UX research, and analytics functions
• Build and develop world-class teams while fostering a culture of innovation and rapid learning
• Manage the product management function and mentor subordinate managers to excellence
• Create a customer-centric culture by systematically gathering and leveraging customer feedback and usage data
• Partner with the CTO to ensure scalable, enterprise-grade product delivery
• Drive enterprise sales alignment and revenue growth through new product initiatives
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align product roadmap with strategic account planning
• Ensure cross-departmental coordination for seamless product launches and post-launch optimizations
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and continuous optimization
• Own product P&L and key metrics including activation, engagement, retention, and revenue expansion
• Drive product-market fit initiatives and market expansion opportunities
• Monitor and optimize product KPIs, onboarding experiences, retention rates, and expansion revenue metrics
