  • Monitor and optimize product KPIs, onboarding experiences, retention rates, and expansion revenue metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of product leadership experience, with at least 5 years in executive product roles
  • Proven track record leading product organizations at scale, preferably in enterprise software or AI/ML companies
  • Deep expertise in product strategy, product-market fit, and product-led growth models
  • Strong business acumen with experience owning product P&L and driving revenue outcomes
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities with experience mentoring senior product leaders
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities at the executive level
  • Experience partnering with engineering, sales, and marketing leadership in high-growth environments
