About the role

  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to structure, validate, and monitor deal proposals
  • Provides guidance on deal structuring, pricing strategies, and compliance with company policies
  • Acts as a liaison between sales, finance, and legal teams to resolve deal-related issues
  • Supports initiatives to enhance deal desk operations
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on deal structuring processes, policies, and operational tools

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of deal structuring, pricing strategies, and CPQ tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, or financial analysis role
