About the role
- Drive the development and delivery of product features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with architects and software developers.
- Optimize logistics processes and ensure successful deployment of software solutions.
- Conduct continuous market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for delivery-related features.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including software development and customer success teams.
- Monitor the project from initiation through delivery, including planning and directing schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the software industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work split shifts, including evenings.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Understand technical challenges and clearly articulate solutions to various stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
