Client Services Representative

• Lead the delivery of Enterra’s business solutions by overseeing end-to-end project management and ensuring successful implementation for clients.
• Analyze and partner with clients to transform business processes through the integration and activation of Enterra’s business solutions.
• Educate client stakeholders at all levels on the Enterra platform, tailored business solutions, and insights specific to their organization.
• Assist the multi-faceted team with combining machine learning, artificial intelligence (ontologies, inference engines and rules) and natural language processing.
• Assist with the delivery of the Enterra holistic vision to scale and enable business process transformations.
