💰 $70,000 - $75,000 per year

About the role

  • Responsible for full-cycle, supporting hiring needs across Account Services, Operations, Travel Staff, Event Management, and Specialist-level roles.
  • Partner closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs, proactively source and evaluate qualified candidates.
  • Manage hiring pipelines and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Provide insight and guidance on hiring strategy, staffing needs, candidate alignment, and talent planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment
  • Experience recruiting for event services, hospitality or project management is a plus
  • Familiarity with Paylocity is a plus
