About the role
- Responsible for full-cycle, supporting hiring needs across Account Services, Operations, Travel Staff, Event Management, and Specialist-level roles.
- Partner closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs, proactively source and evaluate qualified candidates.
- Manage hiring pipelines and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
- Provide insight and guidance on hiring strategy, staffing needs, candidate alignment, and talent planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment
- Experience recruiting for event services, hospitality or project management is a plus
- Familiarity with Paylocity is a plus
