About the role
- Manage Enterprise’s Equitable Path Forward clients’ experiences throughout the Enterprise family of products and services
- Engage clients with a national scope
- Assess sponsors’ capacity needs and facilitate connections to advisory services
- Educate sponsors on the full suite of financing products and services
- Conduct due diligence and underwriting requests
- Monitor investments across business lines and participate in credit committees
- Develop and maintain relationships internally and externally with community development organizations
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of work experience
- An undergraduate degree in business, finance, real estate, urban planning, or related field
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong finance and real estate experience including strong experience in underwriting
- Proficiency in analyzing financial statements of nonprofit and for-profit organizations
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and assignments
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local community development programs that finance affordable housing
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local government funding sources for capital and operating needs of multifamily housing
