About the role
- Support the development and administration of employee engagement survey
- Assist with planning and logistics for leadership development and broader learning initiatives (e.g., scheduling, materials preparation, session coordination).
- Contribute to culture and engagement activities, including employee events, communications, and experience-enhancing initiatives.
- Help develop and update team resources such as frameworks, process documents, templates, and dashboards.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to support CEE and TM projects, including best practices in engagement, learning, and organizational culture.
- Support data organization, reporting, and tracking for talent processes and employee experience programs.
- Collaborate with team members across HR to advance cross-functional projects and ensure consistent execution of deliverables.
- Participate in meetings, capture notes, and support follow-up actions as needed.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated curiosity and interest in employee experience, organizational culture, and talent development.
- Comfort working with data (e.g., spreadsheets, survey results) and learning new tools or systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
