💰 $73,000 - $85,000 per year

About the role

  • Support the full life cycle of Enterprise’s evaluation and impact assessment projects
  • Contribute to project management activities including support of project budgeting, development and implementation of project work plans, management of project workflow, and maintaining client relationships
  • Incorporate the principles and practices of participatory and equitable evaluation into the design and implementation of evaluations and research initiatives
  • Synthesize qualitative information to identify key themes and findings that shape evaluation results and actionable recommendations
  • Prepare evaluation reports, case studies, white papers and other written materials and tools to communicate evaluation findings

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required in city planning, public policy, public health, urban economics or a related field emphasizing analyzing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative information
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience evaluating social programs using qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods
  • Advanced degree may substitute up to two (2) years of experience
  • Experience in consulting or a similar client-focused environment that involved supporting multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize complex and varied information from multiple sources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing evaluation plans, research reports, issue briefs, client-facing presentations and related work products
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to successfully work on multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools required
  • Experience with NVivo, Dedoose, Qualtrics, R or other quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis programs is highly desirable
  • Curiosity, passion for equity, and excitement about sharing new skills and knowledge
  • Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
