Salesforce Consultant

• You implement Salesforce projects end-to-end and proactively advise our clients on optimizing complex business processes.
• Together with your team, you introduce tailored Salesforce solutions — from requirements analysis and solution design through configuration and implementation to post-implementation support.
• You are responsible for conducting and facilitating client workshops (e.g., kick-offs, key-user trainings).
• You participate as a Salesforce expert in pre-sales meetings and deliver compelling demo presentations to help win new projects.
• Depending on your prior experience, during the onboarding phase you will deepen your expertise through certifications in the Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or other relevant Salesforce products.
• Based on your interests, you have the option to take on additional responsibilities — whether as a Lead Consultant on projects or as a mentor for less experienced colleagues.

• You will familiarize yourself with Salesforce technology and specialize in development and technical implementation
• As a member of project teams, you will actively support the implementation of integrated Salesforce applications and focus on data modeling and data migrations
• In parallel, you will complete a work-integrated master's degree at a university of your choice that combines computer science, technology and business administration
• By collaborating with different project teams, you will learn the consulting business from the ground up and become acquainted with the specific requirements of the personnel services industry
