About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You implement Salesforce projects end-to-end and proactively advise our clients on optimizing complex business processes.
Together with your team, you introduce tailored Salesforce solutions — from requirements analysis and solution design through configuration and implementation to post-implementation support.
You are responsible for conducting and facilitating client workshops (e.g., kick-offs, key-user trainings).
You participate as a Salesforce expert in pre-sales meetings and deliver compelling demo presentations to help win new projects.
Depending on your prior experience, during the onboarding phase you will deepen your expertise through certifications in the Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or other relevant Salesforce products.
Based on your interests, you have the option to take on additional responsibilities — whether as a Lead Consultant on projects or as a mentor for less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of relevant professional experience in consulting and successful implementation of software products, ideally Salesforce solutions.
Solid knowledge of the Salesforce platform and related certifications, or a strong willingness to acquire these skills.
Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum).
Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
Team player with clear, goal-oriented communication skills to convey complex technical concepts understandably.
Independent working style with strong customer and solution orientation.
Fluent in German and English.
