About the role
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Outreach to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, emails, social media, and networking.
- Use of Technology: Build lists of potential clients using tools such as seamless AI, Apollo, zoom info etc. Use similar technologies to automate the delivery of some cold outreach sequences.
- Qualifying Leads: Conduct initial outreach and conversations to assess prospect needs, pain points, and potential fit for the company’s products or services.
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and set up meetings between qualified leads and account managers.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and activities in our CRM (Hubspot).
- Follow-up & Nurturing: Engage with leads through consistent follow-up and relationship-building activities, ensuring a smooth transition through the sales funnel.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related role, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Previous experience as a sales development representative or in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive messaging and engage with potential clients.
- Track and use data on outreach activities to improve messaging/approach.
- Familiarity with Hubspot, specifically reporting and sequencing capabilities.
- A driven, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and persistence.
- Ability to handle rejection, remain positive, and maintain a strong work ethic in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
