About the role
- Own a territory/portfolio with primary markets in medical and pharmaceutical chemistry customers
- Create and maintain account plans by mapping decisionmakers
- Build multi-level relationships to expand share of wallet
- Lead opportunities from discovery to close
- Champion disciplined commercial excellence
- Support continuous improvement across commercial processes
Requirements
- B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field
- 5+ years of experience selling to pharmaceutical environments and CDMOs
- Proven ability to build strong, lasting customer relationships
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Basic analytical tools (Excel/Power BI)
- Strong executive presence with comfort presenting to senior leaders
