About the role
- Serve as the primary Entegris contact for customers in the assigned territory/market
- Maintain strong, productive relationships with tier one strategic customer to ensure business goals are met
- Develop, maintain, and grow productive, long-term relationships with customers to enable Entegris to meet revenue, profitability, and market-share objectives
- Manage ongoing engagement between various internal business functions and client organizations
- Use technical and business acumen to understand customer requirements and communicate them to the internal business
- Develop and execute account and opportunity plans for key customers and prospects
- Ensure timely execution of actions throughout the sales cycle
- Define success in the role by growing product line revenues, profitability and market share.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in the specialty chemical, materials or semiconductor capital equipment industry
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) is required; an advanced degree (M.S., Ph.D.) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or equivalent is highly preferred
- Strong sales skills and orientation, with a demonstrated capability to build lasting customer relationships
- Familiarity with developing cost of ownership models and value-based selling
- Experience and knowledge in key markets for Entegris
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven ability to influence
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% of the time
