About the role

  • Serve as the primary Entegris contact for customers in the assigned territory/market
  • Maintain strong, productive relationships with tier one strategic customer to ensure business goals are met
  • Develop, maintain, and grow productive, long-term relationships with customers to enable Entegris to meet revenue, profitability, and market-share objectives
  • Manage ongoing engagement between various internal business functions and client organizations
  • Use technical and business acumen to understand customer requirements and communicate them to the internal business
  • Develop and execute account and opportunity plans for key customers and prospects
  • Ensure timely execution of actions throughout the sales cycle
  • Define success in the role by growing product line revenues, profitability and market share.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in the specialty chemical, materials or semiconductor capital equipment industry
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) is required; an advanced degree (M.S., Ph.D.) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or equivalent is highly preferred
  • Strong sales skills and orientation, with a demonstrated capability to build lasting customer relationships
  • Familiarity with developing cost of ownership models and value-based selling
  • Experience and knowledge in key markets for Entegris
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to influence
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% of the time
