About the role
- Develop a compelling business strategy aligned with BU and Division objectives
- Translate the strategy into actionable business goals with measurable impact
- Communicate the business strategy within the company and achieve cross-functional buy-in and support
- Make timely business decisions based on data; take calculated risks to drive profitable growth; prioritize business initiatives based on available resources; develop compelling business cases for investment
- Oversee a core portfolio of products with $100M+ in annual revenue, including its P&L (full ownership)
- Manage a team of product marketing professionals who are responsible for strategy development and deployment, new product development, product lifecycle management, pricing and marketing strategy
- Collaborate with the product management team (reporting to BU leader) to manage the core portfolio for profitability and to achieve annual revenue, gross margin and contribution margin targets
- Interact with Entegris Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to present strategy and investment requests. Proactively advocate for and communicate critical business needs to key stakeholders.
- Build a high-performing team and culture focused on innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Foster and maintain a culture of customer intimacy and deep curiosity about the markets in which we play. Drive collaboration across Engineering, R&D, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other support functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience with increasing responsibility, including leadership of cross-functional teams
- Minimum 2 years of General management experience
- Proven success in growing a business and maximizing profitability
- Strong business acumen and experience with P&L ownership of global businesses
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor or instrumentation industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- International and domestic travel, up to 50% in a month
- Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA preferred)
- Preferred: M&A experience
- Preferred: 5+ years’ experience in semiconductor industry
- Preferred: Background in Instrumentation / Metrology, preferably related to semiconductors
