About the role
- Design, develop, and configure Oracle Utilities CC&B and MWM modules
- Build and customize business objects, algorithms, service scripts, plug-ins, workflows, and batch jobs within the OUAF framework
- Implement integrations between CC&B, MWM, and external systems (MDM, GIS, IVR, AMI, ERP, and payment gateways) using SOAP/REST, middleware, and OIC/SOA
- Enhance mobile applications for field crews to improve usability, productivity, and scheduling efficiency
- Support CC&B/MWM production systems by resolving incidents, performing upgrades, and implementing enhancements
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and ensure system stability
- Work on a long-term contract in PST time zone with low potential travel and no onsite work
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on development experience in Oracle CC&B and MWM
- Proficiency in OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework)
- Proficiency in Java and Groovy
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL/PLSQL
- Experience with integration technologies (SOAP/REST, middleware, OIC/SOA)
- Experience implementing integrations with MDM, GIS, IVR, AMI, ERP, and payment gateways
- Experience with scheduling, dispatch, and workforce management processes in utilities
- Experience supporting production systems, resolving incidents, performing upgrades, and implementing enhancements
- Experience conducting unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
