About the role
- Own the AIOps consulting services portfolio, including service definitions, value propositions, and target use cases across observability, incident reduction, predictive operations, automation, and operational intelligence.
- Translate Ensono’s internal AIOps platforms, tooling, and IP into clearly packaged, sellable offerings with defined scope, outcomes, and adoption paths.
- Drive clarity around what is sellable today vs. emerging tomorrow, reducing friction between innovation and revenue.
- Define and evolve service roadmaps aligned to client demand, market trends, and Ensono’s broader managed services and cloud strategies.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions teams to shape AIOps go-to-market strategy, messaging, and sales enablement.
- Serve as a senior presales leader—supporting opportunity shaping, solution design, client workshops, and executive presentations.
- Help define packaging, pricing, and commercial models for AIOps consulting offerings.
- Act as a visible internal and external AIOps spokesperson, clearly articulating Ensono’s point of view and differentiation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client executives on AIOps strategy, operating model evolution, and AI-enabled operations.
- Translate complex AIOps and AI concepts into clear business outcomes such as cost reduction, MTTR improvement, resiliency, and operational scalability.
- Lead or participate in executive briefings, strategy sessions, and roadmap discussions with key clients.
- Own delivery accountability for AIOps consulting engagements, ensuring solutions are delivered to scope, quality, timeline, and commercial commitments.
- Serve in active roles on key engagements (e.g., Engagement Sponsor, Solution Lead, or Executive Delivery Owner), particularly for early, complex, or strategic AIOps implementations.
- Guide delivery teams through critical design decisions, operational trade-offs, and client escalations related to AIOps adoption.
- Ensure AIOps services integrate effectively with Ensono’s managed services, cloud operations, and platform teams.
- Define and evolve delivery models, engagement patterns, and success metrics for AIOps consulting offerings.
- Partner with engineering, platform, and data science teams to ensure delivery approaches align with product intent and real-world client environments.
- Use delivery insights to continuously refine service scope, accelerators, enablement assets, and pricing assumptions.
- Ensure what is sold is consistently deliverable at scale, not dependent on heroics.
- Contribute to the growth and maturity of Ensono’s broader Data, AI, Cloud, and Managed Services practices by embedding AIOps into cross-practice offerings.
- Develop repeatable patterns, accelerators, and best practices informed by hands-on client experience.
- Mentor consulting and solution leaders on AIOps positioning, solutioning, and client storytelling.
- Operate as a senior leader within Ensono’s global Data & AI community, sharing lessons learned and shaping standards.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in consulting, technology services, product leadership, or practice leadership, with significant exposure to AIOps, IT operations, or AI-enabled platforms.
- Proven experience commercializing technology platforms or internal capabilities into market-facing consulting or managed service offerings.
- Strong understanding of AIOps, observability, automation, AI/ML, and analytics, with the ability to explain them credibly to both technical and executive audiences.
- Demonstrated success in presales leadership, deal shaping, and executive-level client engagement.
- Experience balancing hands-on contribution with portfolio or practice leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent executive communication and narrative-building skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading and delivering complex consulting engagements, not just defining offerings.
- Proven ability to balance hands-on delivery leadership with portfolio, practice, or product ownership.
- Experience serving as a delivery sponsor or senior engagement leader for enterprise-scale technology or AIOps initiatives.
- Strong understanding of operational realities in IT environments, including production constraints, change management, and adoption challenges.
