About the role

  • Manage the prioritization of the work across a global investing team; interface with global leaders to ensure common timelines and Financial metrics are met
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to outline the solution strategy and ensure that the strategy meets the client’s needs
  • Ensure that deals meet Ensono financial targets for margins and return on invested capital
  • Develop proposed pricing for sales opportunities requiring in depth knowledge of Ensono’s financial structure and accounting rules
  • Prepare new deal financial pricing models documenting the profitability and financial viability of the sales opportunity for Ensono
  • Prepare investment memorandum for review by executive leadership and under certain circumstances, the Ensono Board of Directors
  • Collaborate with Product team to develop pricing strategies, cost models and approve SKU level products prices and costs that can be used as standard offerings to sell standalone or as part of a larger deals scope
  • Provide thought leadership, ideas for winning strategies and push for innovative deal structures to close new business
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and verify their existing cost structure to present a sound and winning economic value proposition
  • Shape and structure deals from inception through contracting
  • Assist sales team and legal in negotiating the contract terms and assessing/avoiding risk for Ensono
  • Stay abreast of competitive offerings, new technologies and industry trends to influence strategic direction of the business
  • Work with FP&A organization to evaluate the performance of historically underwritten deals
  • Occasional travel which includes overnight stays

Requirements

  • Deep underwriting experience and understanding of P&L and return metrics (ROIC, IRR, etc.)
  • Prior work in investment banking, consulting, private equity or corporate development required. MBA preferred.
  • People Leader – an accountable manager who creates a team culture where individuals thrive and deliver successful outcomes
  • Project Management skills
  • Handle many priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to interface, present and negotiate with customers at all management levels
  • Ability to craft succinct presentations to the highest level of executive leadership and board of directors
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and listening
  • Resilience and resourcefulness in complex problem solving
  • Exceedingly good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Flexible working schedules sometimes include late night and weekend work.
  • Ability to work swiftly within tight timelines and meet deliverable due dates
  • Comfortable with quickly change of direction
  • Excellent file origination and time management skills
  • IT Technical knowledge a plus and extremely beneficial.
