About the role

  • Lead execution of marketing initiatives for EnsoData’s healthcare medical device and sleep product portfolio
  • Drive product adoption, customer engagement, and market growth post-launch
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support product launches and achieve revenue targets
  • Manage full product lifecycle including introductions, transitions, and phase-outs
  • Define product messaging and positioning and translate clinical/technical features into customer-centric value propositions
  • Create sales enablement materials, collateral, and training programs to support sales effectiveness
  • Maintain deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
  • Build and leverage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key customers
  • Partner with Upstream Marketing, Product Development, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment
  • Serve as primary liaison between Marketing and Sales to drive adoption
  • Define, track, and report KPIs and analyze campaign performance and sales data to optimize strategies and ROI

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required
  • MBA preferred
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, with proven success in downstream or product marketing
  • Track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies and commercial plans
  • Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments
  • Experience in healthcare or medical devices and regulated markets
  • Ability to translate clinical and technical features into customer-centric value propositions
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Leadership and ability to influence without direct authority
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments
  • Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), marketing analytics platforms, and Google Workspace
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in the United States; company cannot sponsor visas
