About the role
- Lead execution of marketing initiatives for EnsoData’s healthcare medical device and sleep product portfolio
- Drive product adoption, customer engagement, and market growth post-launch
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support product launches and achieve revenue targets
- Manage full product lifecycle including introductions, transitions, and phase-outs
- Define product messaging and positioning and translate clinical/technical features into customer-centric value propositions
- Create sales enablement materials, collateral, and training programs to support sales effectiveness
- Maintain deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Build and leverage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key customers
- Partner with Upstream Marketing, Product Development, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment
- Serve as primary liaison between Marketing and Sales to drive adoption
- Define, track, and report KPIs and analyze campaign performance and sales data to optimize strategies and ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required
- MBA preferred
- 5–7 years of marketing experience, with proven success in downstream or product marketing
- Track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies and commercial plans
- Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments
- Experience in healthcare or medical devices and regulated markets
- Ability to translate clinical and technical features into customer-centric value propositions
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Leadership and ability to influence without direct authority
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), marketing analytics platforms, and Google Workspace
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in the United States; company cannot sponsor visas
