Technical Project Manager

• Lead and manage IT projects from planning through implementation and completion
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, consultants, and other technical resources
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and dependencies
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
• Track and communicate project performance to management and clients
• Manage changes to project scope, requirements, and priorities
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date
• Coordinate testing, implementation, deployment, and project closeout activities
• Help resolve issues and remove roadblocks to keep projects moving forward
• Ensure projects meet business requirements, quality standards, and client expectations
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
