About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage IT projects from planning through implementation and completion
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, consultants, and other technical resources
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and dependencies
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Track and communicate project performance to management and clients
- Manage changes to project scope, requirements, and priorities
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date
- Coordinate testing, implementation, deployment, and project closeout activities
- Help resolve issues and remove roadblocks to keep projects moving forward
- Ensure projects meet business requirements, quality standards, and client expectations
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management or a similar role
- Proven experience managing technology or software-related projects
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- PMP, CAPM, CSM, or other project management certification (nice to have)
- Experience in a SaaS, software, consulting, ERP, or technology environment (nice to have)
- Experience managing client-facing projects (nice to have)
- Experience with software implementation or systems integration projects (nice to have)
- Technical background or experience working closely with development teams (nice to have)
- Experience working in a fully remote environment (nice to have)
