About the role
- Drive enterprise-level working capital performance through advanced financial analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined data governance.
- Act as the primary interface between Finance and Supply Chain.
- Support project and stock inventory decisions through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Partner with procurement and category leaders on vendor terms and payment structures, quantifying cash, cost, and risk tradeoffs.
- Monitor and analyze inventory turns, days on hand, excess and obsolete and slow moving inventory, across all categories.
- Drive standard work around inventory control and best practices across all three sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, systems engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in finance, operations finance, or supply chain finance roles.
- Strong modeling and analytical capability; able to translate operational decisions into cash and working capital outcomes.
- Working knowledge of ERP master data concepts and controls (item and vendor master, planning parameters).
- Proven ability to influence cross-functionally and communicate clearly with leaders.
