- lead M&A and strategic transactions end-to-end
- serve as a trusted advisor to executives and operating businesses
- draft, review, and negotiate a range of corporate and commercial agreements
- build scalable legal infrastructure to support growth
- manage outside counsel to ensure high-quality outcomes
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership
- 8+ years of legal experience with a strong focus on M&A
- experience with commercial contracts
- strong business judgment with an entrepreneurial, strategic mindset
- excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- executive presence and confidence while advising senior leadership
- ability to translate complex legal/regulatory issues into clear, actionable guidance
