About the role
- Lead and execute business initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with Ensemble’s Standard Operating Model.
- Oversee a team of Business Coordinators and Supervisors, providing leadership, guidance, and accountability for delivering actionable insights and sustainable operational improvements.
- Serve as an advisor to internal executives and client leadership on operational optimization, change management, and process.
- Support the Operations Readiness Team by mentoring and guiding team members in their daily activities and project work, ensuring operational consistency, supporting process improvement initiatives, and facilitating communication across teams.
- Provide coaching, quality assurance, and hands-on support for projects, while also implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years in business, process improvement, healthcare operations or performance analytics.
- 3 - 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle operations or performance analytics.
- 5 - 7 years of job experience in a similar role.
- 3 - 5 years of people leadership experience.
- Expert knowledge of business KPIs, financial performance metrics, and process improvement methodologies.
- Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and enterprise-level initiatives.
- Ability to lead professionals to achieve peak performance and deliver enterprise-level results.
- Advanced data analytics and statistical modeling capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change management and operational optimization.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to create an inclusive environment.
- Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI.
