- Lead all Physician Services Pre-Access related functions
- Administer, coordinate, and review Scheduling team performance
- Identify and implement strategies to improve processes
- Promote operational efficiency and enhance patient experience
- Collaborate with operational, client leadership, and associates
- Manage meetings with client leadership for metrics and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- 7+ years of Revenue Cycle or Patient Access experience
- Strong executive presence
- Experience managing multiple health systems
- Demonstrated experience implementing strategic initiatives
- Financial and project management experience
- Effective communication skills
- Demonstrated use of KPIs to drive team performance
- Demonstrated advanced usage of AI in teams
