About the role

  • To provide executive leadership for Epic-related project delivery across the organization.
  • To establish and lead a dedicated Epic PMO for consistent delivery across Epic lifecycle.
  • To drive predictable outcomes and scalable delivery models.
  • To establish dashboards and metrics for operational performance.
  • To partner closely with various leadership teams to drive initiative alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare IT, Epic delivery, or enterprise program management.
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading a PMO in an Epic or healthcare technology environment.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong experience in revenue cycle.
  • Preferred Epic certification(s).
  • PMP or similar certification.
  • Consulting or multi‑client healthcare services experience.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com.
