About the role

Requirements
- Master’s degree in healthcare management/administration or equivalent experience
- CPA/CFA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics with a focus on clinical and operational performance
- 7+ years of leadership experience
- Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, financial/reimbursement issues, and medical center/medical staff organizations
- Proficiency in Epic
- Exhibits executive presence and comfortably works with executives at all levels
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence while recognizing the needs of others
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with ability to clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas.
