About the role

  • Develop the Sales & Marketing Strategy of the designed markets and geographies
  • Own and deliver regional sales targets, budgets, and forecasts for those markets
  • Drive profitable growth and ensure effective pricing, inventory, and margin management
  • Develop and execute annual operating plans and long-range strategic plans for the allocated markets
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in existing and emerging export markets
  • Lead distributor selection, onboarding, and contract negotiations in new territories
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategy
  • Lead, manage, and develop distributor partnerships across designated export markets
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key distributor principals, KOLs, key surgeons and stakeholders
  • Design and execute promotional campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and drive profitability

Requirements

  • 10+ years of commercial experience in medical devices implantable
  • Proven experience managing distributors and indirect sales models
  • Strong track record in business development, tender management, and strategic negotiations
  • Solid understanding of surgical or orthopedic implant markets
  • Deep technical knowledge of the medical technology sector, including regulatory, commercial, and clinical ecosystems
  • Proven success in cultivating strategic customer relationships
  • Culturally astute with experience working across Middle Eastern markets
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
