About the role
- Define and execute the health economics strategy for Enovis International Surgical.
- Create compelling value propositions for Enovis’ orthopedic solutions, including clinical, economic, and operational benefits.
- Design and validate ROI calculators and business case templates to demonstrate financial benefits for hospitals adopting Enovis solutions.
- Collaborate with Clinical Affairs to leverage clinical data for economic modeling.
- Provide training and tools to sales teams on health economics messaging.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Health Economics, Health Policy, Public Health, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in health economics within medical devices, orthopedics, or pharmaceuticals.
- Proven track record in developing value dossiers and ROI models for hospital-based solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in economic modeling software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
