About the role
- Expand the company’s market position by strengthening market presence
- Sell and recommend products to private practice physicians, hospitals, medical supply retailers, physiotherapists, rehabilitation centers and home care providers
- Develop and expand networks with existing and new customers
- Acquire new customers
- Identify customers’ short-, medium- and long-term needs and develop customer-specific sales strategies
- Actively participate in trade shows and congresses
- Conduct training and continuing-education events for all customer groups
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Sales competence for medical devices that require thorough explanation
- Sound judgment and good business acumen
- Organizational skills
- High degree of personal responsibility
- Team player
- Ability to quickly and effectively build relationships
- Resilience and an independent, self-directed working style
- Driver’s license required
