• Independently manage the BVG client portfolio assigned to you
• Respond to written and telephone inquiries from insured persons and their employers
• Process BVG cases such as enrollments and departures, salary and pension rate adjustments
• Perform buy-in calculations, handle divorce cases and other necessary amendments
• Process applications for homeownership funding (WEF)
• Responsible for new affiliations, plan changes and contract terminations
• Maintain regular contact with various stakeholders such as brokers, clients and attorneys
