About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently manage the BVG client portfolio assigned to you
Respond to written and telephone inquiries from insured persons and their employers
Process BVG cases such as enrollments and departures, salary and pension rate adjustments
Perform buy-in calculations, handle divorce cases and other necessary amendments
Process applications for homeownership funding (WEF)
Responsible for new affiliations, plan changes and contract terminations
Maintain regular contact with various stakeholders such as brokers, clients and attorneys

Requirements

What you’ll need

Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in BVG and social insurance
In-depth knowledge of Swiss social insurance legislation with a focus on occupational pension schemes
Independent, reliable and responsible working style
Open, team-oriented personality
Excellent written and spoken German
Good knowledge of French and/or Italian; English is an advantage
