About the role

  • Act as a "scouter" for the executive team, taking high-level goals and executing them from start to finish with minimal daily guidance.
  • Personally design, configure, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using systems such as Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Automate.
  • Own the "last mile" of tech; train staff on the tools you build and iterate based on their direct feedback.
  • Ability to "figure it out" and move projects forward without a step-by-step roadmap.
  • Rapid transition from a whiteboard concept to a functional, deployed tool.
  • Quantifiable time savings, error reduction, and or other financial and operational gains across non-clinical and administrative workflows.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in consulting, product, analytics, or healthcare operations.
  • The "Maker" DNA: Proven experience building in low-code/no-code environments (e.g., Copilot, Zapier, Keragon).
  • High Technical Curiosity: A self-starter who experiments with new LLM models and automation tools independently.
  • Analytical Communication: Ability to talk to clinical leaders, understand their pain points, and translate them into a logical workflow.
  • Independent Contributor: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you are responsible for both the strategy and the execution.
