Customer Support

• Manage CRM (Zoho) and support sales with contracts, quotes, and dashboards
• Collaborate closely with Finance to ensure smooth invoicing, collections, and reporting
• Internal Management of Contracts including EULAs, Reseller Agreements, BAAs, and SOWs
• Prepare and distribute customer invoices accurately and on schedule
• Manage payment collections and monitor outstanding receivables
• Maintain and oversee payment schedules
• Process daily cash receipt journals and ensure timely posting
• Manage ACH payment processes
• Record customer payments accurately and reconcile discrepancies as needed
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and schedules
• Support month and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries
• Provide assistance with tax issues, including contacting agencies to resolve matters
• Assist with day-to-day financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Serve as backup for payroll processing
• Participate in various financial and operational projects as assigned
