About the role
- Support the technical implementation of software product delivery by working closely with project teams and end users.
- Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder requirements.
- Apply industry best practices and leverage system knowledge to design optimal solutions.
- Ensure that delivered solutions meet or exceed functional requirements through active involvement in requirements gathering, system analysis, solution design, and testing.
- Interface with team members and stakeholders to document business needs.
- Translate functional requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Support solution design and configuration in alignment with client processes.
- Develop and execute functional test plans, including writing test scripts.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and validation.
- Ensure deliverables meet contractual, compliance, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Active Secret Security Clearance. Must be active to be considered for an interview.
- Hands-on experience with testing applications, writing test scripts, and gathering requirements.
- Exposure to ServiceNow platform functionality and configuration.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured technical solutions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
