💰 $27 - $35 per hour
About the role
- Perform GIS activities to include georeferencing, creating spatial features, and developing databases.
- Provide support to survey project manager.
- Perform CAD drafting using GIS application software
- Perform survey computations for deed composites,
- Perform data processing of topographic and boundary survey data collection files.
- Prepare topographic and boundary survey finished drawings.
- Prepare easement and right-of-way drawings and legal descriptions.
- Prepare As-Built survey drawings.
- Perform property, deed, and plat research.
- Other duties as assigned by the Licensed Surveyor
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2- or 4-year survey, geography, or engineering degree preferred
- 2 years or more surveying and/or GIS experience
- Ability to read and understand property plats, maps, engineering plans, and architectural plans
- CAD,GIS and survey software proficiency
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite software packages.
- Excellent organizational skills and following AMT CAD protocol
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent assignments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player with commitment to company values
- Ability to work overtime when necessary.
