About the role
- Support Industries Technology Lab and collaborate with Consultants, Engineers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer success.
- Assist in gathering and building business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Contribute to design specifications and related documentation.
- Conduct data cleaning, analysis, and transformation for projects.
- Develop and troubleshoot analytic/statistical models.
- Build dashboards and reports to support decision-making (Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
- Serve as a key point of contact for technical updates and reporting.
- Lead resolution of technical issues, including solution development and product releases.
- Own the testing process and ensure solution acceptance by end users.
- Support end-user training and adoption of solutions.
- Evaluate and streamline work processes to improve efficiency.
- Assist in risk mitigation processes and performance audits.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business needs.
- Provide strong technical and communication support to stakeholders.
- Create an inclusive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in SQL data analysis, reporting, and ETL processes.
- Strong expertise in: SQL Data Analysis, Tableau, and data warehousing.
- Experience with SQL Server Connectors, ETL processes, repairing data details, and back-end SQL.
- Strong queries and stored procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with dashboarding/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
- Experience with statistical techniques for data cleaning, processing, and analysis.
- Programming knowledge (Python, VBA/VBScript) is a plus.
- Strong communication and consulting skills to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- High adaptability to learn new technologies and manage challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States for Engineering IndX.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
