About the role
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals
- Conduct on-site fire safety and security assessments and provide expert recommendations.
- Present and sell fire alarms, extinguishers, CCTV, access control, and other safety solutions to businesses and homeowners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with unlimited earning potential through an uncapped commission structure.
- Stay informed on industry regulations, fire safety standards, and the latest security innovations.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and tenders tailored to client needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in fire safety, security, or a related technical field (Desired not essential)
- Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Strong understanding of fire safety and security products (training provided if necessary)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Have a consultative approach with the Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
