About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding schedule, ensuring all milestones are completed as planned.
  • Provide training and initial support to clients, helping them understand and fully utilize the features of our EMM product.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Technical Support, and Product Development, to resolve any questions or issues that may arise during the implementation process.
  • Develop and update training materials and documentation to facilitate onboarding for new clients.
  • Monitor and report onboarding progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize the process.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or have completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in onboarding, customer support, or related roles.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and related technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
