Administrative Assistant

• Manage executives' calendars (CTO/SAS Entity Head), schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Provide overall support to the leadership team on an as-needed basis
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
• Handle select executive-level correspondence
• Make travel arrangements and manage itineraries for executives and larger team initiatives
• Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping for various project and function areas, especially for the SAS entity
• Act as a liaison between executives and other team members
• Partner frequently and effectively with our accountants and legal counterparts in Colombia
• Manage and approve expenses for the organization
• Support priority projects and initiatives

Business Administrative Assistant

Platform Engineer

• Act as the primary responder for high-priority production incidents during the Australian business day.
• Work with the core product team to identify recurring support patterns and develop automated fixes or feature enhancements.
• Participate in daily handovers with EMEA and US teams to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
• Help foster a collaborative culture, sharing knowledge and performing code reviews.
