About the role
- Define and clearly communicate the product vision, goals, and long-term strategy.
- Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and business leaders to gather feedback, identify needs, and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Track product performance using analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Google Analytics.
- Monitor and optimize key subscription metrics including retention, churn, CAC, LTV, and multipliers.
- Drive initiatives that integrate CRM tools (e.g., Keap, ActiveCampaign) into the product workflow.
- Collaborate with engineering and finance teams on payment processor integrations.
- Translate product strategy into actionable items and maintain a well-groomed, prioritized product backlog.
- Define clear and measurable acceptance criteria for features and support testing processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collect and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and market research to continuously iterate and improve the product.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Proven experience working with analytics tools such as Mixpanel , Amplitude , or Google Analytics
- Solid understanding of subscription-based business models and ability to calculate and interpret metrics like retention , LTV , churn , and multipliers
- Experience working with payment processors and a deep understanding of payment orchestration , cascading, and payment optimization strategies.
- Strong knowledge of marketing funnels , lifecycle stages, and campaign performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Keap , ActiveCampaign , or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies , including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira , Confluence , ClickUp , or similar project management platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define and track meaningful product KPIs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to take a product from MVP to production successfully.
- English — Advanced level (both written and verbal).
