About the role

  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including monitoring open positions and tracking hiring progress.
  • Maintain accurate status updates for open roles and support communication with hiring managers and recruiters.
  • Support scheduling of interviews and candidate coordination as needed.
  • Create and configure BambooHR profiles for all new hires and contractors.
  • Send HR documentation (contracts, NDAs, IP assignments, policies) via BambooHR for electronic signature and ensure timely completion.
  • Request system and tool access for new hires and provide clear login instructions prior to their start date.
  • Coordinate HR onboarding sessions and facilitate introductions with internal teams and/or client stakeholders.
  • Schedule trial-period check-in meetings (typically after 2 months) with contractors.
  • Collect and document feedback from both managers and contractors.
  • Flag any concerns or follow-ups to HR leadership in a timely manner.
  • Support offboarding processes by ensuring: System and tool access is revoked, company equipment is returned, exit documentation is completed and properly recorded.
  • Coordinate with IT, Finance, and managers to ensure a smooth and compliant offboarding process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR, People Operations, or administrative role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (BambooHR experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Comfortable working with remote and international teams.
  • Fluent English
