About the role
- Connect with prospective students who have expressed interest in the AI Career Accelerator or Career Booster programs.
- Answer last-minute questions and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Handle inbound calls, DMs, or scheduled consults with warm leads.
- Listen, ask clarifying questions, and help prospects overcome objections.
- Follow up with engaged leads via email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn.
- Update CRM (HubSpot/SBL) with call notes, outcomes, and next steps.
- Maintain a high-touch, empathetic tone consistent with the brand voice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead quality and conversion insights.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
Requirements
- Consultative sales experience, ideally in education, coaching, or tech training programs.
- Skilled at building rapport quickly and guiding conversations to decision.
- Self-motivated, empathetic, and adaptable to an international student audience.
- Comfortable handling warm inbound leads.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools preferred.
