About the role
- Location of work: São José do Rio Preto and surrounding region.
- Residence required: São José do Rio Preto, Mirassol, Cedral, Guapiaçu, Bady Bassitt.
- Identify and prospect new clients in the local market.
- Present concrete solutions according to the customer's needs.
- Prepare commercial proposals and conduct negotiations through to closing.
- Manage small accounts, ensuring profitability and achievement of targets.
- Monitor continuous supply contracts (loyal customers) or on-demand agreements.
- Provide excellent service from the initial approach through after-sales support.
- Advise customers throughout the process, resolving issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Identify new applications and opportunities for product development.
- Participate in the preparation of projects for new and existing accounts.
- Execute commercial planning according to marketing guidelines.
- Monitor competitor actions and market trends, proposing strategic initiatives.
- Operate in accordance with company standards, with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Report business progress and results through analytical reports.
- Monitor profitability and the agreed volumes for the accounts under your management.
Requirements
- Required education: Higher education completed or in progress.
- Experience in field/outside sales.
- Sales and negotiation techniques.
- Knowledge of customer portfolio management, prospecting new clients, and after-sales support.
- Valid driver's license (category B) and ability to drive.
- Availability for occasional travel.
