About the role

  • Location of work: São José do Rio Preto and surrounding region.
  • Residence required: São José do Rio Preto, Mirassol, Cedral, Guapiaçu, Bady Bassitt.
  • Identify and prospect new clients in the local market.
  • Present concrete solutions according to the customer's needs.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and conduct negotiations through to closing.
  • Manage small accounts, ensuring profitability and achievement of targets.
  • Monitor continuous supply contracts (loyal customers) or on-demand agreements.
  • Provide excellent service from the initial approach through after-sales support.
  • Advise customers throughout the process, resolving issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Identify new applications and opportunities for product development.
  • Participate in the preparation of projects for new and existing accounts.
  • Execute commercial planning according to marketing guidelines.
  • Monitor competitor actions and market trends, proposing strategic initiatives.
  • Operate in accordance with company standards, with a focus on safety and compliance.
  • Report business progress and results through analytical reports.
  • Monitor profitability and the agreed volumes for the accounts under your management.

Requirements

  • Required education: Higher education completed or in progress.
  • Experience in field/outside sales.
  • Sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Knowledge of customer portfolio management, prospecting new clients, and after-sales support.
  • Valid driver's license (category B) and ability to drive.
  • Availability for occasional travel.
