About the role

  • As Product & Process Operations Manager (m/f/d)* you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and technically scaling Freshservice and Freshdesk.
  • You will implement API integrations (REST) and build modern frontends using HTML, CSS, and Liquid.
  • As the central point of contact, you will advise business units on migrating their processes into Freshservice.
  • You will own process mapping, design intuitive service catalog items, and translate business requirements into automated, efficient workflows.
  • Identify optimization opportunities to improve the user experience worldwide.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Business Informatics, another IT-focused degree, or have equivalent training with a strong process orientation.
  • You have solid knowledge of JavaScript as well as HTML5 and modern CSS standards.
  • You are proficient in process mapping and modeling (e.g., BPMN, EPK (Event-driven Process Chain), RACI) and have a passion for ITIL frameworks and Lean methods.
  • Confident use of the Liquid templating language (Freshworks ecosystem) and API programming (JSON, REST) is a strong plus.
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English.
