About the role

  • Drafting and issuing references, employment contracts, contract amendments and other documents throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Service-oriented communication with employees, including managing our shared team inbox in close coordination with the People Partners DACH
  • Supporting payroll preparation and ensuring smooth processes to meet deadlines
  • Coordinating and ensuring processes related to occupational health and safety in consultation with our safety officers
  • Supporting the (annual) employee feedback and performance process (including tracking annual goal agreements in coordination with the People Partners)
  • Participating in diverse projects — contributing ideas and helping shape and improve processes

Requirements

  • Degree or completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience in HR / People & Culture
  • Basic knowledge of German employment law and willingness to further develop expertise
  • High level of commitment, team orientation and flexibility
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; personable and performance-oriented
  • Proactive working style and strong quality awareness
  • Enjoyment of service-oriented tasks and the ability to set priorities
  • Confident use of common IT tools and HR applications
