About the role
- Drafting and issuing references, employment contracts, contract amendments and other documents throughout the employee lifecycle
- Service-oriented communication with employees, including managing our shared team inbox in close coordination with the People Partners DACH
- Supporting payroll preparation and ensuring smooth processes to meet deadlines
- Coordinating and ensuring processes related to occupational health and safety in consultation with our safety officers
- Supporting the (annual) employee feedback and performance process (including tracking annual goal agreements in coordination with the People Partners)
- Participating in diverse projects — contributing ideas and helping shape and improve processes
Requirements
- Degree or completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience in HR / People & Culture
- Basic knowledge of German employment law and willingness to further develop expertise
- High level of commitment, team orientation and flexibility
- Strong organizational and communication skills; personable and performance-oriented
- Proactive working style and strong quality awareness
- Enjoyment of service-oriented tasks and the ability to set priorities
- Confident use of common IT tools and HR applications
