About the role

  • Plan and operate acquisition channels (paid media, partnerships, marketing-assisted prospecting, events/activations, and lead nurturing), testing and scaling what generates SQLs (Sales-Qualified Leads).
  • Define ICP and qualification criteria, continuously aligning with SDR/BDR and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion throughout the funnel.
  • Develop communication and nurturing strategies by segment and funnel stage, focused on progressing prospects through the funnel (not just increasing lead volume).
  • Perform market mapping and intelligence (segments, target accounts, competitors, opportunities) to guide priorities and channel selection.
  • Measure and manage by KPIs with disciplined routines and governance (dashboard/BI and weekly monitoring), informing prioritization decisions, adjustments, and cuts.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Growth / Performance / Demand Generation / B2B Marketing with a funnel-oriented approach.
  • Hands-on experience in acquisition and channels (not just planning): paid media and/or partnerships and/or marketing-assisted prospecting.
  • Experience with consultative B2B sales and longer/more complex sales cycles (industry experience in energy is not required).
  • Ability to structure processes: ICP, qualification criteria, cadences, governance, and continuous improvement routines.
  • Strong analytical mindset: transform funnel data into decisions and action plans (a hands-on operator who can also structure processes).
