• You will serve as the critical starting line to ensure our foundational links are established correctly and efficiently, aligned to both our SOWs and customer requirements to achieve the highest quality links for our customers.
• Accurately map products into their correct categories, attributes, and internal schemas in alignment with scope of work (SOW) guidelines and client expectations.
• Meet or exceed baseline productivity targets while maintaining a minimum of 95% accuracy.
• Take ownership of assigned mapping queues, identifying and resolving anomalies or inconsistencies in product data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other operational teams to refine mapping rules and improve user-facing tools.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data analysts.
• Guide team in designing, developing, and maintaining machine learning PIM pipelines for data ingestion, demand forecasting, and price optimization.
• Oversee best practices for data quality, error handling, and pipeline scalability.
• Delegate and oversee project scheduling and deliverables for price optimization initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to define project scope, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Establish and enforce data validation standards.
• Guide junior team members in identifying data needs, implementing quality checks, and maintaining a robust data integrity framework.
• Oversee and provide strategic direction for client implementations.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with ETL and engineering teams.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by developing insightful visualizations and reports.
• Analyze, process, and manipulate large datasets for demand forecasting and price optimization using machine learning and statistical techniques.
• Develop and apply clustering techniques and predictive modeling to segment customers based on demographics, purchasing behavior, and psychographics.
