About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a servant leader for multiple teams and promote Agile principles
Support teams and the organization in maturing Agile practices
Facilitate all Scrum events across assigned teams
Identify productivity and communication impediments and foster continuous improvement
Track team progress and delivery timelines and report metrics on team goals and organizational needs
Support delivery planning and coordination across teams
Identify dependencies and risks
Promote transparency, accountability, collaboration, and effective communication
Promote collective team ownership of story completion and team goals
Identify interferences that could jeopardize goals and milestones
Help teams understand and commit to goals and follow through
Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Leadership on product vision, priorities, and backlog refinement
Collaborate with product, technology, and support teams
Report to the Senior Technical Project Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Scrum Master in cross-functional and distributed team environments
Experience coaching teams in Agile practices
Familiarity with hybrid Agile environments and adapting frameworks to organizational context
Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and service mindset
Ability to support core hours from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM PST
Ability to support off-hour deployments as required
Open communication with team members, stakeholders, and management
Commitment to embodying the company’s Core Values and Code of Conduct
