About the role
- Review energy usage on a daily basis for the facility and provide guidance,
- best practices, and modifications of current operations
- Mentor the owner on energy strategies
- Manage the Central Energy Plant Operation and Maintenance
- Work with operators to ensure the plant operates efficiently
- Develop and maintain the Plant Operating Manual
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in managing multiple sites and/or multiple Assistant Asset Manager(s)
- Well versed in building codes and associated standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- 4 year Mechanical Engineering degree (ABET Accredited Program) preferred or FE and working towards obtaining PE
